SENATE, Monday, April 30, 2018 - The committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1841) of Eileen M. Donoghue for legislation to expedite the transition to a renewable energy portfolio; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1876) of Marc R. Pacheco, John W. Scibak, Michael D. Brady, Marjorie C. Decker and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to enhancing RPS standards,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2503).
