By Mr. Moran of Boston, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Michael J. Moran and others for an investigation and study by a special commission (including members of the General Court) relative to the au pair exchange visitor program. Labor and Workforce Development.

Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to forthwith provide for an au pair commission, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
