An Act amending the effective date of chapter 131 of the acts of 2020
Section 8 contained in the engrossed Bill making certain appropriations for fiscal year 2021 before final action on the General Appropriation Bill (see House, No. 4905), which had been returned by His Excellency the Governor with recommendation of amendment (for message, see Attachment B of House, No. 4962). Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to forthwith amend the effective date of chapter 131 of the acts of 2020, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
