By Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of David Allen Robertson for legislation to authorize Deina Abdelkader, an employee of the University of Massachusetts, to join the State Contributory Retirement System. Public Service.

Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize forthwith a certain employee of the University of Massachusetts to become a member of the state employees' retirement system, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
