Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to protect the Au Pair host family employer from private right of action and ensure the sponsor agency assist a host family employer to ensure compliance with state labor laws, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
