Senate, October 30, 2019 -- The committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by resolve, Senate, No. 495) of Edward J. Kennedy, Patrick M. O'Connor, Joseph A. Boncore, Daniel J. Hunt and other members of the General Court for legislation to provide for an investigation and study by a special commission relative to mattress recycling and (accompanied by resolve, House, No. 765) of Carolyn C. Dykema and others for an investigation by a special commission (including members of the General Court) of the financial and environmental impacts of disposal and end-of-life management of mattresses and associated foundations on municipalities,- reports the accompanying resolve (Senate, No. 2388).
