Senate, February 13, 2020 -- The committee on Housing, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 781) of Sonia Chang-Diaz, William N. Benson and other members of the General Court for legislation to promote fair housing by preventing discrimination against affordable housing; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 782) of Melinda Stewart, Russell E. Holmes, Denise Provost and Nika C. Elugardo for legislation relative to the Melinda Stewart Stabilization Act; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 790) of Diana DiZoglio for legislation to require the disclosure of services covered by condominium fees and property taxes; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 795) of Diana DiZoglio and Angelo M. Scaccia for legislation relative to full disclosure of fees; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 801) of Patricia D. Jehlen, José F. Tosado, Denise Provost and James B. Eldridge for legislation relative to tenants’ opportunity to purchase; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 802) of John F. Keenan and Mark J. Cusack for legislation relative to bed bugs; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2299) (subject to Joint Rule 12) of William N. Brownsberger for legislation relative to the disclosure of smoking within a multi-residence building by lessor; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2389) (subject to Joint Rule 7B) of Michael O. Moore and Hannah Kane (by vote of the town) for legislation relative to affordable housing in the town of Shrewsbury, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No.2528).
