Scaccia for legislation relative to full disclosure of fees; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 801) of Patricia D. Jehlen, José F. Tosado, Denise Provost and James B. Eldridge for legislation relative to tenants’ opportunity to purchase; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 802) of John F. Keenan and Mark J. Cusack for legislation relative to bed bugs; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2299) (subject to Joint Rule 12) of William N. Brownsberger for legislation relative to the disclosure of smoking within a multi-residence building by lessor; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2389) (subject to Joint Rule 7B) of Michael O.
