An Act to promote asset building for low income residents
June 1, 2020 -- The committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 38) of Sal N. DiDomenico, Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Paul McMurtry, Daniel J. Ryan and other members of the General Court for legislation to promote asset building for low income residents, reports recommending that the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2722) ought to pass.

Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith the promotion of asset building for low income residents, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
