Tarr and Diana DiZoglio for legislation to transfer employees of the North Shore Regional 911 Center to the State 911 Department, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2792).

Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to transfer employees of the North Shore Regional 911 Center to the State 911 Department, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
