An Act relative to same day drug testing
By Mr. Tucker of Salem, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1317) of Paul F. Tucker and Timothy R. Whelan that the Division of Medical Assistance practices allow for definitive drug tests to be billed on the same day as presumptive drug tests when medically necessary. Health Care Financing.
