By Representative Arciero of Westford and Senator Kennedy, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4704) of James Arciero (by vote of the town) that the town of Westford be authorized to further regulate the issuance of certain licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises in said town.
