By Ms. Garlick of Needham, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4283) of Denise C. Garlick (by vote of the town) that the town of Needham be authorized to grant licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises and wine and malt beverages not to be drunk on the premises in said town. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. [Local Approval Received.]
