Lesser for legislation to establish a hate crimes grant program; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1973) of Michael J. Rodrigues, Jason M. Lewis, Joan B. Lovely, Joanne M. Comerford and other members of the General Court for legislation to advance and promote genocide education; (accompanied by bill, House, No. 563) of Michael S. Day and others relative to the establishment of a grant program for the education and prevention of hate crimes and incidences of bias in public schools; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 692) of Jeffrey N. Roy and others relative to requiring instruction on the Holocaust and genocide in public schools, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2525) (Representative Pease of Westfield dissenting).
