Senate, November 8, 2021 -- The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 184) of John Cronin, Diana DiZoglio, Mathew J. Muratore, Jack Patrick Lewis and other members of the General Court for legislation to expand wheelchair warranty protections for consumers with disabilities; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 446) of James J. O'Day and others relative to wheelchair warranty protections for consumers, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2567).
