Puppolo, Jr., Thomas M. Stanley, Michael D. Brady and other members of the General Court for legislation to increase transparency in the Massachusetts land record systems to protect the property rights of homeowners and businesses; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1101) of Mark C.
