Senate, July 29, 2022 -- The committee on Housing, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 866) of Sonia Chang-Diaz and Erika Uyterhoeven for legislation relative to homes for all; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 867) of Sonia Chang-Diaz, Elizabeth A. Malia, Jack Patrick Lewis, James B. Eldridge and other members of the General Court for legislation to promote fair housing by preventing discrimination against affordable housing; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 886) of Adam Gomez, Jack Patrick Lewis, Mike Connolly and Sal N. DiDomenico for legislation to enable local options for tenant protections; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 889) of Patricia D. Jehlen, Jack Patrick Lewis, Sal N. DiDomenico, Carmine Lawrence Gentile and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to the stabilization of rents and evictions in towns and cities facing distress in the housing market; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 894) of Eric P. Lesser, James B. Eldridge, Carlos González, Joanne M. Comerford and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to the use of credit reporting in housing, reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 3069).
