By Representative Xiarhos of Barnstable, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3478) of Steven George Xiarhos and Jacob R. Oliveira for legislation to authorize the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to issue a distinctive emblem to be affixed to "veteran" plates which identifies the owner as a recipient of the air medal.
