By Representative Galvin of Canton and Senator Brady, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3746) of William C. Galvin and Michael D. Brady (by vote of the town) that the town of Avon be authorized to amend the by-laws of said town to change the name of the board of selectmen to select board in said town.
