By Representative Blais of Deerfield and Senator Comerford, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4035) of Natalie M. Blais and Joanne M. Comerford (with the approval of the mayor and city council) that the city of Greenfield be authorized to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises in said city.
