By Representative Day of Stoneham, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Michael S. Day and Michelle L. Ciccolo that the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall convey to the town of Winchester certain land in said town for the purpose of facilitating a transit-oriented development including affordable housing. Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to transfer a parcel of land to the town of Winchester , therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
