By Representative Armini of Marblehead and Senator Crighton, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4086) of Jennifer Balinsky Armini and Brendan P. Crighton (by vote of the town) that the town of Swampscott be authorized to amend the charter of said town to change the board of selectmen to a select board. Municipalities and Regional Government.
