By Representatives Decker of Cambridge and Owens of Watertown, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Marjorie C. Decker and Steven Owens that the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to convey a certain parcel of land in the city of Cambridge to said city for school and other municipal purposes. Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize forthwith the conveyance of certain property to the city of Cambridge, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
