By Representative Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Senator Mark, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Tricia Farley-Bouvier and Paul W. Mark that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation be authorized to convey a certain parcel of land in the city of Pittsfield to the Diocese of Springfield. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith a conveyance of land in the city of Pittsfield, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
