Gregoire that the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to convey a certain parcel of land in the city of Marlborough to Louis G. Monti, Jr., of said city. Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize forthwith the conveyance by the commonwealth of a certain parcel of land in the city of Marlborough, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
