Senate, July 29, 2024 - The committee on Ways and Means to whom was referred House Bill promoting access to midwifery care and out-of-hospital birth options (House, No. 4785); reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment striking out all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the text of Senate document numbered 2899; and by striking the title and inserting in place thereof the following title: "An Act relative to increasing access to perinatal health care".
