This legislation grants the Attorney General the power to pursue legal action against individuals outside of the state who violate the civil rights of Massachusetts citizens. It also requires the statute of limitation for the aggrieved party to be paused if either the plaintiff or defendant is outside of the state where the civil violation occurred.
