Proof of age

The intent is to move to the front the use of a US Passport and driver’s license or real ID to the front in the order of precedence for reasons. It seems the intent at the time 33A was written, there was a need to ascertain the age of minors and not adults... and now that marriage between minors has been banned, it’s created an unexpected issue with the Clerks by simply removing the marriage of minors language from Section 33A, it now requires Clerks to examine evidence that most may not necessarily have readily available.
