Criminal harassment; reproductive privacy

Allows a plaintiff to bring a civil action against another person for disseminating the personal identifying information of themselves or a family member with the malicious intent of bringing criminal harassment or bodily harm to the victim; clarifies how a judge may assess damages to the plaintiff and where civil action may be prohibited; provides that doxing an individual for activities related to reproductive or gender affirming care can be assessed additional penalties.
