This bill establishes the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Oversight Committee (M-ROC) to gather information regarding substance use and treatment in Massachusetts correctional facilities. The 8-person committee will have full access to review correctional facilities and work with the Department of Corrections and the County Sheriff Departments to gather date and information regarding prison substance use. They will issue reports and provide recommendations regarding discipline, treatment, and rehabilitation
