This bill seeks to incorporate digital pull tab tickets into existing lottery regulations, authorizing their use for charitable gaming and for sale and resale within the current framework. These digital tickets will be treated similarly to traditional pull tab tickets, following the same rules for sale, resale, and commission as standard lottery tickets. A 10% commission on the resale value of digital pull tabs will be allocated to the lottery commission.
