Housing Tax

Creates a deed excise tax based on sale value which will generate millions for the commonwealth; funds from which will go toward combatting the ongoing housing crisis. Multiples of the current rate at varying sales price rates are as follows: 1x, 1.5x, 1.7x, 1.8x, and then 2.1x for the highest rate. Starting from percent tax from a sale price of $0.00 to $250,000; from $250,001 to $500,000; etc.
