This bill amends Chapter 7 of the Massachusetts General Laws to require that any contract issued for services in Massachusetts, funded by the state legislature, must hire up to 10% of individuals with disabilities. Contractors must employ at least 75 full-time equivalents and provide employment support services in collaboration with various state agencies.
