UMass easement

DCAMM may convey to Boston Gas Company an easement for an underground natural gas distribution system to and from 100 Morrisey boulevard in Dorchester. The grantee shall bear all costs and expenses associated with the conveyance of the easement; consideration for the conveyance shall be fair and full market value or proposed use value, whichever is greater. There shall be established and set up on the books of the Commonwealth a separate, non-budgeted special revenue fund known as UMass Boston Morrisey Boulevard Easement Fund to be credited with proceeds from the easement and to be expended for UMass Boston.
