would grant the full membership of a locally elected board the authority to take part in the initial screening and interviewing of candidates for positions that the board is responsible for appointing, such as town managers or school superintendents. Furthermore, it acknowledges that confidential interviews may involve drafting questions in executive session to be asked during the initial interview process.
