Exempt heavy duty utility trucks (both municipal and investor owned) that respond to maintenance or repair of public/utility infrastructure from the State’s adoption of California’s greenhouse gas emissions standards, Advanced Clean Fleet, which seeks to electrify heavy duty trucks.
