Amends the section of MGL typically referred to as the “Move Over” law, which governs the way vehicles must operate when approaching a stationary emergency, recovery, or highway maintenance vehicle. Adds definitions for “utility vehicle” and “disabled vehicle” (non-emergency) to the list of defined terms. Adds these utility and disables vehicles to the list of vehicles that drivers must slow down or create space for.
