An Act extending the time of military service purchases
By Mr. Fattman, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2469) of Ryan C. Fattman and Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to extend the time of military service purchases related to retirement. Veterans and Federal Affairs.
This bill would remove the requirement in the HERO Act for veteran buybacks to occur in a lump sum by August 2025.
