This bill dissolves the North Carver Water District, originally established under Chapter 124 of the Acts of 2008 and amended by Chapter 172 of the Acts of 2010. Upon enactment, all assets, liabilities, and responsibilities of the district are transferred to the Town of Carver. The town will assume full authority over water services in the former district area, including fire protection and domestic use. The commission and superintendent positions are eliminated, with duties transferred to the select board and director of operations.
