Brady for legislation to further enhance behavioral health workforce development; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1391) of Julian Cyr for legislation relative to harm reduction and racial justice; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1417) of Patrick M. O'Connor for legislation to establish a special commission to study the prevention of heroin trafficking, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2658).
