Senate, March 9, 2026 -- The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 191) of Nick Collins for legislation to protect consumers of tickets by employing a paperless ticketing system that gives the consumer an option at the time of initial sale to purchase the same paperless tickets in transferable form that the consumer can transfer at any price; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 225) of Lydia Edwards and John F. Keenan for legislation to eliminate "grab-and-go" alcohol sales at large events; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 235) of Paul R. Feeney for legislation to ensure the Gaming Commission regulates internet gaming; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 268) of Michael O. Moore for legislation to prohibit real estate dual agency transactions; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 290) of Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to allow for a journeyman electrician to have no more than two apprentices under his or her direct supervision or employ, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2996).
