Establishes an After School and Out-of-School Time Opportunity Fund under ANF to be administered by DESE to fund out-of-school or after school programs for children. The purpose is to expand access to, and improve the quality of these programs. Funding shall be provided by directing 3% of sales tax revenues from marijuana retailers. DESE shall promulgate regulations to implement this requirement.
