Charges EOE, in coordination with the MSBA, with conducting a study into disparate cost variables for different classes of school building projects -- specifically, inherent capital differences between elementary/middle school projects, comprehensive or academic high school projects, and vocational-technical or agricultural school projects. Additionally, EOE is to coordinate with OCPF to evaluate current reporting obligations related to local override campaigns for the financing of vocational-agricultural schools to assess whether reasonably verifiable expenses are consistent with reported expenses and recommend any needed stopgap measures. EOE may recommend a tiered reimbursement structure in accordance with disparities in capital needs of the classes of projects listed herein to the MSBA, as well as any other applicable legislative remedies.
