An Act relative to the annual street listing

This legislation seeks to fix inconsistencies in voter list maintenance laws caused by Chapter 111 of the Acts of 2014. That law changed the process for marking voters inactive from a failure to respond annually to a failure to respond over two years. The proposed bill repeals these changes and restores the original federally compliant process to reduce the risk of litigation.
