This bill defines tide gates, flood gates, and appurtenant structures on the Cutler Bridge on route 107. It states that DCR has responsibility for inspections, maintenance, and repairs for all structures used to control the flow of water at, into, or out of the Town Line brook or Linden brook, while the bridge itself is under the care, custody and control of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. The bill further states that both agencies must make regular inspections of the structures under their purview and must allow the other agency access to make any repairs.
