This bill requires all public and private health insurance plans to cover a group of behavioral health services delivered by community behavioral health centers. These services include the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, management, or peer support for mental health, developmental, or substance use disorders. Reimbursement for these services will follow a flat rate per encounter.
