Agent cards

This bill introduces "Agent registration card," which permits employees or agents of marijuana-related businesses to operate across multiple venues. The bill further streamlines regulatory compliance within marijuana establishments. Marketing activities like advertising sales and customer loyalty programs are explicitly permitted, subject to commission regulations. The bill raises the individual possession limit to 3 ounces of marijuana. The bill mandates a minimum batch size for testing and requires annual protocol reviews with industry input. It phases in an increase to the number of marijuana retail licenses a person or entity can hold from 3 to 6. Up to four additional licenses may be held provided the person or entity meets certain eligibility criteria. Additionally, it requires the commission to report quarterly on testing accuracy and consistency from independent laboratories.
