This bill would prohibit EOHHS from further limiting the payment for 340B drugs by managed care entities serving MassHealth members. The 340B drug pricing program is a federal program that requires drug manufacturers to provide certain outpatient drugs at significantly reduced prices to eligible healthcare organizations and covered entities.
