This bill proposes modifications to enhance the regulatory framework for agent registration within the marijuana industry. Agent registration cards serve as an identification for employees or agents working at marijuana establishments or labs, excluding licensees, and authorizes them to perform services across multiple facilities. The bill mandates that individuals engaged in on-site activities such as cultivation, packaging, or transportation must register with the commission and hold a valid agent registration card. Importantly, social equity program participants are exempt from paying registration fees.
