Cannabis careers

This bill instructs the CCC to conduct a comprehensive study aimed at promoting the employment of justice-involved individuals in the cannabis industry. The commission is tasked with exploring programs that provide training and education for these individuals both during incarceration and after their release. Furthermore, the bill mandates the development of a pilot program to create career pathways in the cannabis sector for individuals who are incarcerated, on probation or parole, and formerly justice-involved.
