Healthcare Financing

Legislation for local educational agencies to receive reimbursement for school-based services pursuant to a plan developed by the executive office of health and human services and MassHealth, and for local educational agencies to to submit claims to MassHealth for providing services to school age children and to maintain the proceeds of such reimbursement.
